Central Skills Training and Rating Council (CSTARC) was initiated by PUTHIYA MANITHAN Trust, an NGO actively working for women development, child development and water management issues for the past 8 years, both locally and globally.

CSTARC Academy for Livelihood and Vocational Training develops skilled manpower through diversified, industry-matched and need-based courses, primarily focused on the unorganized sector. Our mission is to bridge the demand–supply gap in skilled manpower.
